Delivery time may vary depending on how busy I am! I must remind you that I am a person with a life outside of this, so sometimes it will take longer than usual. Although the estimated time estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.

I have every right to not accept your order for any reason. Please be understanding.

I don't do refunds, it's very difficult for me to do them and it's a waste of time for me.

Payment will be made 100% before starting the commission, so I can save your slots in my trello.

To make my job easier, when sending the reference, please give me additional details if the reference has many colors and details that cannot be appreciated well.

I work in order of list, I will only work on your commission first if you pay for it to be a priority commission.

I always send you the work in progress so you and I can make sure I’m doing everything right. Don’t be afraid to tell me at the sketch, outlining and coloring stage if you don’t like something or if something is missing. It’s much harder to fix things at later stages than at early stages.

I only accept payments through Paypal, no other platforms.
